SWHR Isis Fund Network on Sex, Gender, Drugs and the Brain
January 2002-September 2007

Mission Statement: Develop collaborations for exploratory and hypothesis-driven research on sex differences in nervous system function, and to translate the results of this research into new and/or improved therapies for advancing human health.

  • Call for Papers in the American Journal of Physiology-Regulatory, Integrative and Comparitive Physiology
    • Fourteen papers on the topic, "Sex and Gender in Pain and Inflammation" were published in February (vol 290) and August (vol 291) 2006.
