The Society for Women’s Health Research (“SWHR”) is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in the District of Columbia. SWHR is also tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as a charitable, educational, and scientific organization. SWHR undertakes its activities in accordance with its nonprofit and tax exempt status and all applicable laws.
